Green Spaces: A Celebration in Song

Hannah Sandison presents a world premiere of three newly commissioned song cycles on the theme of parks during the pandemic by Mark-Anthony Turnage CBE, Zoë Martlew, and Amelia Clarkson. Text includes poetry by William Blake, D.H. Lawrence, Rudyard Kipling and John Keats. Three young creative writers also contribute poetry expressing their experiences of nature during the Covid-19 Lockdowns. Hannah is joined by Lana Bode, Alessandro Fisher and Alison Langer to perform these exciting new works. This project was created in reaction to the pandemic and in gratitude for our fantastic green spaces.
